A day trip to the tank museum at Bovington in Dorset, the largest and best tank museum in the world, with tanks from WW1 to the present day conflict in Ukraine. As well as seeing the main museum, we were given a private tour of the conservation collection, over 120 tanks in another warehouse which are work in progress. Both tours were excellent, not just about tanks, but the whole history of armed conflict and the key events which influenced change.
